Training Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27th January 2026

These Training Terms & Conditions (“Training T&Cs”) apply to all open, standardised training programmes offered by The AI Social Club (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to in-person trainings, live online sessions, and online training content (the “Training Services”).

These Training T&Cs apply where:

  • an individual registers directly, and/or

  • a company purchases training places for named participants,
and where the training is not delivered under a bespoke consulting or advisory contract.

Bespoke advisory and professional services are governed by separate Business Services Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Training Services

The Training Services include:

  • Open in-person trainings

  • Live online trainings and workshops

  • Hybrid or online training formats

  • Training materials provided as part of these sessions

These Training Services are educational in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice.

2. Registration and Acceptance

2.1 Registration for a Training Service is confirmed once:

  • the registration form is completed, and

  • payment is received in full (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

2.2 By registering for a Training Service, the participant (or the purchasing organisation on their behalf) agrees to these Training T&Cs.

2.3 Participants must be legally able to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Training fees are stated on the relevant training page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Payment must be completed before access to the Training Service is granted.

3.3 Access to online platforms, links, or materials is strictly personal to the registered participant and must not be shared.

4. Delivery of Training

4.1 In-Person Training

  • Venue details and schedules will be communicated in advance.

  • Participants must comply with venue rules and reasonable instructions.

4.2 Live Online Training

  • Training is delivered via third-party platforms (e.g. video conferencing tools).

  • Participants are responsible for having appropriate equipment, internet access, and a suitable environment.

4.3 Changes to Delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • change trainers, tools, platforms, or delivery format,
provided that the overall scope and learning objectives of the Training Service are not materially altered.

5. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

5.1 Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or transfer.

  • Cancellations received after this deadline are non-refundable.

5.2 Transfers

  • Substitutions or transfers to another session may be accepted at our discretion, provided the request is made in advance.

5.3 Online Training Access

  • Once access to online training materials or platforms has been granted, refunds may not be available.

5.4 Provider Cancellations

If we cancel or reschedule a Training Service, participants will be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • a transfer to a future session.

6. Participant Conduct

6.1 Participants are expected to behave in a respectful, professional, and collaborative manner.

6.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant from a Training Service (online or in-person) for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All training materials, content, frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of The AI Social Club or its licensors.

7.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal or internal professional use only.

7.3 Training materials may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Use of AI Tools During Training

Where AI tools are demonstrated or used during Training Services:

  • outputs are illustrative and educational,

  • participants remain responsible for how they use such tools in their own work,

  • no guarantee is made regarding accuracy, performance, or suitability for specific use cases.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Training Services are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or results.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any Training Service is limited to the amount paid for that Training Service.

9.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Training T&Cs.

11. Governing Law

These Training T&Cs are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
