Please review the following General Selling Conditions which govern the purchase and participation in our training program.
 

1. Program Overview

The AI Social Club offers a 4-hour in-person training program focused on Artificial Intelligence. The training is designed to provide participants with foundational knowledge and practical insights into AI.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 To register for the training, participants must complete the registration process and submit full payment for the training fee.

 

2.2 Payment details and accepted methods of payment will be provided during the registration process.

3. Training Location

All training sessions will be conducted in-person in Dubai. Specific venue details will be communicated upon successful registration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Participants may cancel their registration and request a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled training day.

 

4.2 To request a cancellation and refund, participants must send an email to contact@thesocialclub.ai

 

4.3 Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled training day will not be eligible for a refund.

 

4.4 The AI Social Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or venue issues. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future training session.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during the training session. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the training without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, are the intellectual property of The AI Social Club. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these materials without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The AI Social Club aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the training. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information presented, as the field of AI is constantly evolving.

8. Governing Law

These General Selling Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
