Founder & CEO
Margot Bletterie brings deep expertise in Data and Artificial Intelligence, shaped through senior leadership roles at one of global's leading data and AI consulting firms. She built and led AI and data consulting practices in the GCC where she advised large international organisations across industries on the design and deployment of advanced analytics and AI initiatives, from strategic framing to operational rollout.
She's been working for the last 10 years with executive teams and organisations navigating what AI truly changes in how they lead, decide, and work. She consistently focuses on translating AI capabilities into measurable business impact, while building the data foundations, governance, and capabilities required to scale.


Audrey Libert
Co-Founder & COO
Audrey Libert has spent over fifteen years leading large-scale digital, automation, and AI transformations within global organisations. She has held executive roles in high-growth fintech and large enterprise environments, including serving as VP of Transformation at Checkout.com and leading the creation and operation of an AI Lab within a major airline group. Her experience spans intelligent automation, AI-enabled operating models, and the practical challenges of scaling AI across thousands of employees while maintaining control, trust, and accountability.
